The "www.YorkWA.com.au/oldtimers" pages have been online since 1994 and have been maintained by our Internet Publishing team at AVIP ever since. At last we have decided to create a dedicated Domain for this special interest of ours (alongside our other publications).
We had been collecting (and hoarding) many old British Vehicles on our semi-rural block of land [10 acres of rusty relics :-)] in the Central Wheatbelt town of York in Western Australia. All of this came to an end in late 2000 when we moved to our new home and studio here in San Remo by the Ocean. We have found new homes for most of our "collection" from Northern Germany to Eastern China and of course many have remained in Western (and other parts of) Australia.
As you will see in these pages - we have not lost the love for the old Classics - and this website is dedicated to those who preserve these treasures of engineering (and "flights of fancy") :-)
